STUDIO'S PROJECT  (WINTER SEMESTER 2025-2025)

" INTIMACY " -  the perception of intimacy in everyday life

The sense of intimacy and the perception we acquire of it is essential in everyday life. For some people, intimacy presents an intense emotional background that is related to their experiences, building a strong mnemonic narrative that connects them, mainly with close people and events. The course of photographic composition this year focuses on the way students perceive intimacy, connecting it with places, people and stories of everyday life. The lectures and workshops of the course introduce students to different photography techniques and encourage deeper observation and interpretation of the way we live our daily liveς.
Regular discussions of ongoing work take place in group presentations and critiques.
The work tasks, aim to improve the way we see our living environment but also to develop synthetic and photographic skills.
In this context, you are invited to use the expressive possibilities of the photographic medium as well as all the already acquired perceptual and synthetic skills from your studies in architecture so far, in order to give a personal look and to express in your own creative way the different aspects of this topic.
